Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the Royalty Slayed products, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons.

We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions to our products or damage during shipping. Each item for sale has all ingredients listed for your reference on the website (and on the package). Anyone with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product, or try an allergy patch test prior to use. Feel free to contact us regarding specific ingredients or to request a sample. Rotalty Slayed is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. If at any time a reaction occurs, discontinue use.

If your order was damaged during shipping, you must save all contents and wrappings for the shipping provider to inspect in response to your claim.

 

Cancellation Policy:
After placing your order, you'll have 24 hours from the time of placement to cancel. You must email royaltyslayed3@gmail.com  and receive confirmation in writing to obtain a refund.

Termination Policy:
Royalty Slayed reserves the right to cancel any transaction at any time for any reason. You will be notified of this decision via email.

Royalty Slayed takes pride in shipping timely. You can expect your package to ship in 1-3 business days, depending on the time of the year. We will email you with a tracking number (if applicable) when your order has shipped.

 

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for damages occurring during shipping. All packing is done by hand so if any merchandise arrives damaged, you will have to take it up with the shipping provider. Royalty Slayed highly recommends using USPS Priority Mail as the preferred shipping method. This method insures your package in cases of mishandling.

 

If you live in the Riverside County area and wish to pick up your order in person, select "In-Person Pick Up" at checkout. After placing your order, send an email to royaltyslayed3@gmail.com to schedule a pick up at a neutral location. It is then your responsibility to acquire your order. You will not be refunded if you cannot remember to pick up your merchandise in a timely fashion or live too far away to reasonably coordinate pick up.
